在企业管理中，企业营运能力的提升对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,它是整个财务分析的核心,影响着企业的偿债能力和获利能力。企业营运能力分析，有利于企业优化资产结构，加速资金周转，改善财务状况，有利于投资者进行投资决策，债权人进行信贷决策。
经过对河北昌通通信工程有限公司的总资产周转率，流动资产周转率，存货周转率等指标的分析,找出了其在经营运行过程中出现的各种问题，如市场疲软，商品竞争力低而出现的营业收入下降情况；资产结构和产品结构不合理导致的资产利用效率低的问题等。最后提出了相应的解决方法，如加强应收账款管理,完善收账政策,执行严格的信用标准,加强存货管理，采取最佳经济批量法,提高销售能力，增强资金管理等方法。
